Thulada Lumbung Rempah is a spice company rooted in the rich biodiversity of Indonesia, a country often called “The Mother of Spices”, home to over half of the world’s known spice species. Each region across the archipelago produces spices with unique characteristics, shaping a mosaic of flavors that is unmatched globally. Thulada celebrates this natural and cultural wealth by mapping, preserving, and promoting the distinct origins and seasonal traits of Indonesian spices.

Thulada Lumbung Rempah provides dedicated and continuous support to local farmer groups, recognizing that the foundation of high-quality products begins with their hands. We collaborate closely with the Central Java Provincial Food Security Agency as well as the local governments of Banjarnegara and Purbalingga as key stakeholders. This harmonious collaboration paves the way for the creation of premium-quality products.

The Process

Farmer Empowerment

Thulada begins its production of premium spice raw materials directly at the source, working hand-in-hand with local farmers through consistent and continuous assistance. This close collaboration ensures that every spice produced meets the specified standards and quality requirements.

Post-Harvest Processing

Post-harvest processing plays a critical role in producing high-quality spices.This stage is often the most vulnerable to degradation and damage, making it the most crucial part of the entire production chain.To maintain the integrity and quality of the product, strict and appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) must be implemented.

Crafting the Recipe

Thulada’s seasonings are heirloom recipes—built and refined over time.
Each blend is composed according to traditional measurements to preserve its authentic flavor. Made without artificial flavor enhancers like MSG or synthetic colorings, these recipes stay true to their original roots, offering pure and honest taste in every dish.

Production Process

Thulada’s seasoning production process utilizes modern and hygienic machinery to ensure food safety and consistency.
By combining fresh ingredients with premium-quality spices, we produce high-grade products that maintain their shelf life—naturally—without the use of synthetic preservatives.

Launching
